Payment and refund informationPayments are accepted via PayPal or MBWay
Payments can be in USD or Euro
Prices can be altered as I see fit and you will be informed of it before the commission starts.
All commissions need a 50% payment before sketch phase.
I will not start any work without it.
Payment will be 100% refund if cancelled in the sketch phase or if I cancel the order by my own fault.
You are not allowed to use the sketch already made if the order is canceled.
Returning clients will have a extra discount to orders above 120€/$.
Rush FeesMove up on the queue
+25% to +50% extra of the final price
I have the right to decide what percentage to take, depending on the project required
I have the right to refuse the request for rush fee if I don't have the time or causes a delay on other commissions
Permissions and copy-rightsI, the artist, retain full rights of the work commissioned - Such rights can be bought.
All commissions are for personal use only. You do not have authorization to sell, redistribute license or gain any profits from the art commissioned.
You are not allowed to post my work in any platform, except the ones for what it was intended (for example twitch emotes can be used on the twitch platform)
You will be provided with a png file of the work made for the purpose of online post, and this one can be used in any platform as long as its not modified.
You do not have authorization to remove my signature or alter my work in anyway. If future changes are needed, please contact me.Emote and icon bust commissions are the only ones that have commercial rights included, but only commercial rights, meaning you can't change the commission in any type or form.Rights payments:
Commercial use : + 50% of the amount - you can sell or profit from the art work
Copy-right : + 30% of the amount - you will have the original file and can do what you want with it, as long as you don't financially profit from it.
Full rights : + 70% of the amount
By feeling this form in a request for a commission you agree to the terms of service.
